How it works
Our virtual tours process
Getting a virtual tour or digital twin from Visual Eyes begins with an initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals. From there, our team of immersive content creators will draw up a detailed proposal outlining your project’s scope, timeline and costs involved. Once approved, we’ll move quickly through the following steps to get your virtual tour live on your website:
- Step One - We’ll work with you and your team to plan out the most efficient capture of your commercial property, indoors and outdoors, from factory floors to gardens.
- Step Two - We’ll work around your peak times and security considerations to minimise downtime and ensure privacy and discretion.
- Step Three - Once captured, we’ll render out the models ready for you to review. You can crop, blur or remove any content you want to keep private or confidential.
- Step Four - Once reviewed, we’ll pull the rendered model into our bespoke branding platform, so you can add interactive and visual elements to customise your virtual tour.
- Step Five - Once finished, you’ll receive your virtual tour for a final review and any last-minute amends before it goes live on a white-label URL or on your website.
- Step Six - Your 3D virtual tour will be GA4 compatible for advanced KPI and user behaviour tracking. Update it at any time, with multiple sets of content for different user groups.
